*Minshuku : Japanese equivalent of guest-home type lodgings, minshuku are family-run businesses, with the rented rooms being part of the owners' own home.

- Usually, a reservation can be accepted for more than one person per room except in some special cases. For details, please ask Minshuku Association of Japan.
- Charges will be higher than normal charges at some accommodations during high tourist seasons. (Jul. - Aug., Apr. 29 - May 5, Dec. 29 - Jan. 3 and weekends)
- Credit cards are not accepted. (Cash only)

Guarantee : Free - ¥1,000 ( per person, per night)
Commission : Free - ¥ per Minshuku + ¥1,200 - ¥2,200 per reservation
